Most of the organisations today consider creating incident preplans as part of the operational security strategy but fail to engage the right teams when the incident happens which slows down the response to the incident. This talk covers the importance of creating IR preplans and how it can be created keeping in mind Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning.
